At Yumorè Beauty, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be at least 80% full at the time the return is received.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or an order confirmation may be required.
• Products purchased through unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers are not eligible for return through Yumorè Beauty.

Yumorè Beauty reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a different credit card, bank account, payment method, or as cash.

Please allow your financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account after the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may request photos or other information to help us resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been completely used, emptied, or otherwise do not meet the 80% product requirement are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
